    (Written from Mom’s perspective this time): It took 1 year to regulate Poco’s problems with blood in her urine caused by bladder stones. The worst of it was that she had 2 types, struvite and calcium oxylate. Her Vet was great and even took us into the lab to view them through the microscope. To our surprise…they look like a sea of beautiful diamonds. But, they are sharp — that explains the blood. When they passed through Poco’s urethra, they cut her. My poor Poco.

    Through diligence, weight loss, food changes and exercise — Poco has been free of bladder stones for close to 8 years.

    What are your experiences and successes in relieving your pug from this common health concern?
